Ruth, the Director and Manager of Schembrae’s, is beaming with pride as she welcomes her second grandchild, Emily’s first baby, born on October 24. The timing couldn’t be more special, arriving just as the restaurant continues to collect accolades and national attention.
A Culinary Fusion with a European Heart
Under Head Chef and Creative Director Emily’s guidance, Schembrae’s has become known for its vibrant, Tapas-style dishes a colourful mix of Italian, Spanish, Greek, Moroccan and traditional Maltese flavours, all reflecting the family’s European heritage.
Guests can enjoy an ever-changing menu that celebrates seasonal produce and old-world charm, complemented by a stunning range of signature cocktails, from French Martinis to classic Margaritas each one perfectly matched to the restaurant’s Mediterranean flair.
