Hawkesbury City Council General Manager Elizabeth Richardson has reportedly resigned, according to Hawkesbury Radio, with Current Director of Infrastructure Will Barton being named as interim General Manager from 17 April.
The reported resignation comes just weeks after council approved a pay rise for Richards, lifting her salary to $434,000.
